Immunization is the cheapest public health intervention available today in the world. However nearly 30 million of children born every year, most of them in developing countries, are not fully immunized. There is a disparity in the access of the lifesaving EPI vaccines to children in the world today. Reaching most children in developing counties still remains as a challenge. As a result of the traditional vaccines being underutilized and new vaccines introduced in these developing countries there are three million vaccine preventable child deaths each year in world today
