Title: | Designed Molecular Space in Material Science and Catalysis |
Authors: | Shirakawa, Seiji |
Keywords: | Material Science and Catalysis |
Issue Date: | 2018 |
Publisher: | Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. |
Description: | Design of molecular space is an important theme for the development of novel functional materials and catalysts. This theme connects a range of diverse research areas such as supramolecular chemistry, material science, chemical biology, organic synthesis, and catalysis. Based on this important theme, we started the Chemical Society of Japan (CSJ) research group “Creation of Molecular Space toward Innovative Transformations” (website: http://molspace.chemistry.or.jp/index.html) in 2014 to advance molecular space chemistry. Chapters of this book were written by the research group members. Professors Maeda and Haketa, Ritsumeikan University, warmly accepted our invitation to join in this book as additional authors. |
