Following the guide and spirit of the UN Convention, we devised a modern, balanced and just treaty on the delimitation, proving that overlapping claims can be settled through constructive negotia- tions. Gradually we are seeing the emergence of a regulatory framework that can guide and regulate human activity in these vast and vulnerable waters. |
