dc.description	This second and updated edition became apparent, it was not considered feasible to assemble the original team of authors who had, by then, moved on to other interests, occupations and locations. As it is generally accepted that subsequent editions of a book may have different author-editor teams, it was decided that the chapters would continue to be presented under the names of their original authors, but the content would be expanded and updated. To ensure a fresh approach to the content of the book the editor of the original book, G.E. Blight, invited E.C. Leong to co-author/edit the second edition, which he has done very successfully.	en_US
