The Central Council for Education and Training in Social Work (CCETSW 1995) final Paper 30 heralded the new two-year Diploma in Social Work, replacing its predecessor, the Certificate of Qualification in Social Work. Paper 30 required all social work training programmes for the new Diploma to be designed, organised, implemented and resourced by Partnerships.
